7月11日,為貫徹落實(shi)省(sheng)委十(shi)(shi)二屆七(qi)次全(quan)會精神,扎實(shi)推進國(guo)企改革深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)提升(sheng)行動,省(sheng)旅(lv)投集團(tuan)(tuan)黨委副書記、職(zhi)工董事、工會主席、改革深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)提升(sheng)行動領導小(xiao)組副組長許東明帶隊赴(fu)冰川文旅(lv)公司督導改革工作,重點對基層(ceng)黨建、宣(xuan)(xuan)傳、群團(tuan)(tuan)、人力資(zi)源管理等開(kai)展了深(shen)(shen)(shen)入調研,并宣(xuan)(xuan)講省(sheng)委十(shi)(shi)二屆七(qi)次全(quan)會精神。
會上,冰(bing)川(chuan)文旅公(gong)司從改革(ge)任務(wu)推進(jin)(jin)、完成情況(kuang)、取得(de)的階段性國企改革(ge)成效等維度(du),向督導(dao)組進(jin)(jin)行了(le)匯報(bao)。隨后(hou)督導(dao)組就(jiu)掌握的公(gong)司改革(ge)工作進(jin)(jin)展、相關任務(wu)佐證材料檢查(cha)的情況(kuang)進(jin)(jin)行通報(bao),提(ti)出下一(yi)步工作建(jian)議。許(xu)東(dong)明圍(wei)繞(rao)省委十(shi)二(er)屆七次(ci)全(quan)會召(zhao)開(kai)的重大意義、鮮明特點和(he)豐碩成果等方面進(jin)(jin)行了(le)宣講,并(bing)(bing)就(jiu)冰(bing)川(chuan)文旅公(gong)司如何落實全(quan)會部署、搶抓文旅發展新機遇作了(le)解讀,并(bing)(bing)提(ti)出要求。
會議指出,今年(nian)是(shi)國有企(qi)業改革(ge)深(shen)化提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)的(de)收官之(zhi)年(nian),要(yao)把高質(zhi)量完(wan)成改革(ge)深(shen)化提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)作(zuo)為今年(nian)國企(qi)改革(ge)的(de)重中之(zhi)重,務(wu)求(qiu)取(qu)得實(shi)效(xiao)。公(gong)司全(quan)(quan)體干部(bu)職工(gong)(gong)要(yao)堅決貫(guan)徹落實(shi)集團決策部(bu)署,重點(dian)抓(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)五(wu)方面(mian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)高政治站位,牢固樹立“一(yi)(yi)盤(pan)棋”意識,加快推進冰(bing)川文旅公(gong)司與旅投(tou)集團在(zai)發(fa)展戰(zhan)略、目(mu)標(biao)愿景、企(qi)業文化等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)深(shen)度(du)融合。二是(shi)聚(ju)焦重點(dian)任(ren)(ren)務(wu),強化統(tong)(tong)籌推進。要(yao)高標(biao)準完(wan)成黨史(shi)學習教(jiao)育(yu)常態化、“回(hui)(hui)頭(tou)看”問題整改等(deng)專項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),優化閉(bi)環管理機制,著力提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質(zhi)效(xiao)。三(san)是(shi)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)抓(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)統(tong)(tong)籌安排(pai),抓(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)學習教(jiao)育(yu)“回(hui)(hui)頭(tou)看”,扎實(shi)開展省委(wei)十二屆七次全(quan)(quan)會精(jing)神的(de)學習宣傳貫(guan)徹工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)落實(shi)改革(ge)深(shen)化提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)的(de)各(ge)項任(ren)(ren)務(wu)。四是(shi)壓實(shi)經營(ying)(ying)責任(ren)(ren),確(que)保目(mu)標(biao)達成。集團正在(zai)制定新納入(ru)統(tong)(tong)計(ji)子公(gong)司的(de)年(nian)度(du)考核(he)目(mu)標(biao),公(gong)司要(yao)及時提(ti)(ti)(ti)出合理化建議,完(wan)善(shan)經營(ying)(ying)分析(xi)預警體系(xi),重點(dian)加強營(ying)(ying)收、利潤等(deng)關鍵指標(biao)過程管控。五(wu)是(shi)筑(zhu)牢安全(quan)(quan)防線(xian),強化責任(ren)(ren)落實(shi)。要(yao)健全(quan)(quan)安全(quan)(quan)生產責任(ren)(ren)體系(xi),配齊配強管理機構,常態化開展隱患排(pai)查治理,完(wan)善(shan)應(ying)急(ji)預案演練(lian)機制,堅決守住安全(quan)(quan)發(fa)展底線(xian)。
省旅(lv)投集團黨群工作部(bu)(黨委巡察工作領導(dao)小(xiao)組辦(ban)公(gong)室,黨委宣傳部(bu)、工會辦(ban)公(gong)室、團委)、改(gai)革辦(ban)、黨委辦(ban)公(gong)室(人(ren)(ren)力資源部(bu))等部(bu)門負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)及相關(guan)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),冰川(chuan)文(wen)旅(lv)公(gong)司領導(dao)班子成(cheng)員(yuan)、相關(guan)部(bu)門負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)參加會議(yi)。
